VectorView provides a solution for viewing CorelDRAW files on iOS devices, specifically the iPhone and iPad. Previously, accessing such files on macOS and iOS devices posed a challenge due to the proprietary nature of the CDR format. This application has emerged as a practical tool that enables users to open CorelDRAW files seamlessly on their Apple devices.

Upon installing VectorView, users can easily open CDR and PDF files. The process is straightforward—simply use the “Copy to VectorView” option from apps such as Mail, WhatsApp, Telegram, or WeChat. Additionally, users can transfer CDR files from their Mac via AirDrop. Upon detection, VectorView will automatically open the file in question.

The CDR file format is specific to CorelDRAW, and due to its proprietary status, it is not compatible with most other image editing software. Traditionally, exporting these files to more universally recognized formats required access to Windows and the CorelDRAW software itself. With VectorView, users can bypass this requirement, as it offers a means to display and manage CDR files without the need for another operating system or additional software.
